Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by selling delicious baked goods and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for families to build lasting memories. Our slogan, “Not your Nonna’s Knots,” was inspired by our Nonna Rosa, the creator of our Lemon Knot. The business could not have come to fruition without her love and recipes. She is the inspiration of all of us involved with this family business. Using this recipe, we have given the Lemon Knot a modern twist, incorporating other fan-favorite baked goods, such as our Almond and Chocolate Hazelnut Knots. We hope to welcome each customer with the same love and warmth in each bite.
